What happens after I order?
You manage your service in the secure client portal. From there you open the Plesk control panel, where you can install WordPress with the Toolkit or upload your own site.
Can you move my existing website and email?
Yes, migration is free when we can access your working website files, database where used, and working IMAP mailboxes.
Do I have to use all the mailboxes?
No. The number is an upper limit, not a set you pay for. Storage is shared across your account, so if you only need a few mailboxes, each one has more room.
Do I need a domain first?
No. Register a new domain with your order, or use a domain you already own and choose whether to keep it where it is or transfer it to us.
Should I pay monthly or yearly?
Monthly keeps it flexible, with no term contract. Paying yearly gets you 1 month free on every plan on this page.
Is there a money back guarantee?
