What happens when I need more server resources or power?

You simply upgrade your hosting package to the next package or package group that offers what you need. You’ll be charged pro-rata for the month remaining.

My website is hosted at another provider, can you help Migrate?

Sure! We can help you migrate your Domain, Website, Databases and Email still on your server. We will however require your existing account and login details to do that. You need to log a support call for us to understand your needs and schedule a migration.

Can I install and run an application like WordPress or phpBB or even a Shopping Cart on your Web Hosting Packages?

Yes absolutely! All our packages come with the basics needed to run almost any type of website. The normal Shared Hosting Packages are for entry level users and performance but our WordPress Hosting Packages simply have more Performance Resources and you can upgrade if/when required.

Will I be locked into a long term contract when I sign up and what payment methods do you accept?

You will Absolutely Not be tied into long-term contracts, you can cancel at any time and services will terminate at the end of the cycle.
You can pay using PayFast (ZAR),or PayPal (USD, EURO, AUD, NZD, etc.), or Crypto if that suits you.
